Become a Partner—and a Champion for Your Community

Ordinary People Working Together Can Create Something Extraordinary

The Maine Talent Show will be built by people who believe that talent deserves an opportunity, history deserves to be preserved, and communities become stronger when people unite behind a worthy cause.

Our Partners will help discover contestants, promote the event, mobilize volunteers, reach new audiences, and expand the charitable impact of the show.

Schools, youth groups, churches, studios, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and businesses are invited to stand with us and help create something Maine will be proud to remember.

A Partner does more than promote an event.

A Partner opens doors, inspires courage, strengthens communities, and helps turn hope into action.

Types of Partners

Youth Partners

Young people often need someone to recognize their potential before they recognize it in themselves.

Youth Partners help discover and encourage young performers by promoting auditions through:

  • Schools
  • Youth organizations
  • Music and dance studios
  • Arts programs
  • Recreation departments
  • Churches
  • Community programs

By encouraging one young person to audition, you may help begin a journey that changes that person’s life.

Community Partners

Community Partners become the bridge between the Maine Talent Show and the people it was created to serve.

They help increase awareness, promote ticket sales, welcome new audiences, and encourage participation through:

  • Churches and faith communities
  • Civic organizations
  • Neighborhood associations
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Veterans’ groups
  • Senior organizations
  • Local clubs and community networks

Every announcement, conversation, flyer, and referral helps bring another part of Maine into the story.

Service Partners

Great events are built by people willing to step forward and serve.

Service Partners help transform plans into reality by contributing:

  • Contestant and performer referrals
  • Volunteers and event staff
  • Professional or technical services
  • Donated goods and materials
  • Door prizes and other approved prizes
  • Transportation assistance
  • Equipment or event resources
  • Logistical and operational support
  • Other approved forms of in-kind assistance

Whether your contribution is large or small, it becomes part of the foundation on which the event is built.

How Partners Make a Difference

Every approved Partner has an opportunity to earn recognition and generate financial support for a favorite eligible charitable or community cause.

For every qualifying event ticket sold through a Partner’s referral, $5 will be credited toward that Partner’s designated cause.

Because the Maine Talent Show is a charitable fundraiser, 100% of the event’s profits will be distributed to eligible nonprofit and community causes.

Distributions will be based on:

  • Demonstrated community need
  • Verified Partner participation
  • Qualifying referral activity
  • Overall fundraising results
  • The event’s official charitable-distribution policies

The harder a Partner works to support the event, the greater the opportunity to create meaningful charitable impact.

Share the Mission

Partners can generate qualifying referrals by sharing approved materials containing their unique Partner Code.

You can help by:

  • Including event information in newsletters and email messages
  • Posting approved content on websites and social media
  • Displaying flyers at schools, churches, studios, offices, and community centers
  • Sharing information with clients, students, members, friends, and family
  • Encouraging qualified performers to audition
  • Speaking about the event within your community
  • Distributing approved cards, posters, and flyers
  • Promoting event tickets and other approved opportunities

250 Points

All points and referral credits are subject to verification and the official Partner Program rules.

How Partner Referrals Are Tracked

Every approved Partner receives a unique Partner Code.

The website’s tracking system records qualifying activity connected with that code, including:

  • Website-update registrations
  • Event ticket sales
  • Donations
  • Sponsor referrals
  • Advertiser referrals
  • Audition submissions
  • Contestants selected to perform
  • Other approved Partner activities

Verified points and referral credits are assigned to the appropriate Partner. This system helps recognize every Partner’s contribution and measure the charitable impact created through their efforts.

Your Effort Can Change Someone’s Story

One Partner may discover a contestant who never believed they could perform before an audience.

Another may recruit volunteers whose dedication holds the event together.

Another may introduce a sponsor, sell tickets, or raise support for a community cause that urgently needs help.

Every Partner brings different strengths—but all Partners share one purpose:

To create opportunity, preserve history, strengthen community, and give hope a stage.
