• All advertisements must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
• Artwork must meet the required size and quality standards.
• Advertisements are subject to review and approval by the organizers.
• Placement requests are subject to availability.
• Premium positions are not guaranteed until the contract and payment have been received.
• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that submitted names, prices, claims, contact information, and artwork are accurate.
• Final submission deadlines will be included in the advertising agreement.

Advertising space is reserved only after the completed agreement and full payment have been received.

Payment is due when the agreement is signed or no later than five business days after execution. If payment is not received within that period, the position may be released to another advertiser.
